Submissions open on the 1st of a month and close the 20th. Cave Writing accepts all types of fiction writing and types of art. For writing, please refrain from exceeding our word limit of 1,500-5,000 words for your chapters. We have monthly prompts if you're looking for a challenge but they are not required to be used for submissions. Cave Writing Mag encourages you to submit your stories early. If you would like feedback on your piece, then submit early and if our editors' schedules allow it, we will send you feedback in the form of an email. However, feedback is not guaranteed and depends on the number of submissions we have.
